First Step :
Reset Internet Explorer to the default settings
To reset Internet Explorer to the default settings
Close any Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.
Open Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
Select the Delete personal settings check box if you would like to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home
pages, and InPrivate Filtering data.
In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the settings, click Close, and then click OK.
Close Internet Explorer.
Your changes will take effect the next time you open Internet Explorer.
2nd Step :
To allow any website to run scripts and ActiveX controls on your computer
In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab, and then, in the Settings list, scroll down to the Security section.
Select the Allow active content to run in files on My Computer check box, and then click OK.
3rd Step :
To delete temporary Internet files
In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
Select the Temporary Internet files check box. Select the Preserve favorite website data check box to keep files associated with
your saved favorites.
Click Close, and then click OK.
4th Step :
Get updated Flash Player
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
And click on "Agree and Install now" yellow button
And check what next page showing information about how to install new flash player.
